SMARTPHOTOS INSIDE TRACK: Saltwonder in North Vancouver

SALTWONDER - North Vancouver. SALTWONDER is the first Himalayan Salt Cave in BC/North Shore. Salt caves have proven to be an alternative natural treatment method for a large number of ailments in the recent past and is an ancient treatment technique. The use of salt cave alternative/natural therapy has been growing steadily. I found out about this success story from a personal friend who benefited from a Saltwonder water treatment. We both suffer from asthma that is something modern medicine cannot cure but only manage its symptoms. So I followed my friend's recommendation and I went to Saltwonder in North Vancouver for a treatment. As I walked in, I remembered how excited my friend was with everything around, from the interior design to the artistic lighting in the man-made cave. The entrance, the reception area and the access to the cave is decorated with quality pictures and tapestries that you would expect to see in a museum not in a Salt Cave.

I've had a great experience and on my way out I've spent a few minutes talking with the owner and learning more about the benefits of the salt treatment. I mentioned to the owner how much, as a photographer, I appreciated the lighting in the cave. On my way out I left him with my business card and only a few days later the owner called me to ask details about a photo session.
