CLOTHING
Clothing for corporate portraits should suit your objectives, in terms of formality required and that one should consider consistency when photography of a group of people. High contrast combinations, such as a dark jacket, white shirt and bold accessories work well. Clothing should be freshly ironed. Pastels and busy patterns are best avoided.HAIR & MAKEUP
For women, we recommend freshly styled hair. For men we recommend a haircut, and freshly shaven. Makeup is important to consider, and most women are quite adept at applying makeup that best suits them.CORPORATE PORTRAIT RETOUCHING
We can retouch all corporate portraits to some degree. Portraits often need finalising example of retouching include whitening of the eyes and teeth, blemish removal and generally retouching for a polished and professional result.ON-SITE REQUIREMENTS
Smartphotos puts at your disposal an entire mobile professional photo studio. This includes a flexible background support system (up to 13 feet high and 10.5 feet wide), multiple background choices, professional lights and lights modifiers, props. We will require a medium sized room (without tables and chairs if possible). We often shoot in boardrooms, and can shoot across the top of a boardroom table if the room is tight in space.We can cover headshots photo shoots in multiple locations in the same time.
BACKGROUNDS
We offer our customers three types of background colors: white, black and light gray. These are included in the photo shoot price. Our customers can choose a custom color for the background. We can provide a sampler with over 60 colors for backgrounds. To order and receive these special colors sometimes require up to 3 weeks - if the supplier does not have that color in his warehouse. This service comes with a price. The customer will pay in advance for the custom background and postage.PROOFING & IMAGE SELECTION
After the shoot, we will provide a proof copy of images (low resolution) so that you can select the final images for retouching. Once we receive your selection, we will take a few days to finalise the retouching and return the images electronically, or on a CD or USB drive if the files are too large for downloading.Service highlights
